Jointly running Web design / Internet services business, BIS and its trading activity, bis-zone.com.
Work includes administration, marketing and day to day running of BIS/bis-zone.com as well as designing client Web sites and undertaking all aspects of customer liaison. This includes first pitch through to writing Proposals, contracting for the work, planning client site development and providing after sales services such as traffic monitoring etc. Particular areas of my work include copywriting for client Web sites, as well as performing proof reading, quality control and SEO tasks in relation to the sites. I also research industry sectors etc on the Web as and when required so as to accurately assess client competition and target markets.
Software packages I use include: Hotdog Pro, Paint Shop Pro 7, Word, Excel, Coffee Cup Software, among several others. Operating Systems with which I am familiar include : W98, WXP

Marketing Assistant responsibilities included assisting Marketing Manager in all aspects of Marketing and Promotion of Interco and its clients, many of whom were re-start businesses following restructuring / recovery programmes implemented by Interco. Manager's Assistant work included all aspects of office administration; client liaison, both in person and on the telephone, assisting Manager with diarising, scheduling, preparation for meetings etc. I was also involved in generating and processing correspondence & documentation and preparation of client budgets.
